Responsibilities for Recruiter
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Manage onboarding and new hire processes, provide resources, access, documents that new staff will use to perform their functions
Find, schedule interviews, and hire experienced, capable staff
Monitor and track performance, accountability and report to management
Manage and expand temporary, on-call staff
ADMIN DUTIES
Coordinate vendors and contractors that are working on various projects
Oversee the schedule of ongoing and upcoming studies, expenses, keep track of study progress daily, daily expenses, track account payables/receivables
Understand what coordinators need to conduct clinical studies, assist with administrative duties
Perform simple bookkeeping duties, pay weekly/monthly bills, collect receipts and invoices, link expenses of studies with income
Understand and Manage company's resources, assets resources
Coordinate vendors, contractors and business development specialists that are working performing projects
Assist with office administration, vendor management, and support sales and business development team
Manage schedules, schedule meetings, answer calls, files and software
Recruit, screen and schedule patients into research projects, work with patient recruits to ensure that study expectations are met
Support relationship with satellite physicians and partners, track and report expenses, revenue, patient recruiting, screening and enrollment metrics and study workload estimates on a weekly basis
Monitor, oversight and regular meetings of staff, recruitment vendors, business vendors, contractors to ensure good communications and that their deadline, deliverables, and profitability and expectations are met
Oversight and development of study staff schedule to ensure proper coverage for all study activities
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it, develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Perform reference checks as needed
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications for Recruiter
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of recruiting experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortably making decisions independently
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Must have in the past Found, scheduled, interviewed, onboarded, and hired experience, capable staff via Indeed, LinkedIn, hiring agencies, and other source
Must have performed outreach and secured contracts with sponsors looking to hire staff from staffing agencies
