Your Role

Lead small- to medium-scale projects with focus on client satisfaction and profitability

Develop and manage project goals, milestones, and procedures

Define project roles and track project progress

Serve as primary client liaison

Monitor project budgets and mitigate risks

Provide technical project management support

Deliver regular status reports

Collaborate with Growth team on business opportunities

Attend Delivery team meetings and manage project retrospectives

Update revenue projections and meet quarterly KPI expectations

Your Profile

2 years of experience (bachelor) or 1 (Masters)

Certified ScrumMaster with strong project management skills

Experience with content management systems (Wordpress, Drupal) a plus

Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities

Proficient in project management and collaboration tools

Understanding of technical processes and technologies

Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach

Strong budget and scope management skills

Ability to build client relationships and develop consensus

Adaptable across different project types

Committed to continuous professional learning
