YOUR ROLE

AIR & OCEAN SALES EXECUTIVE ROMANIA

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Professionally sell and take care of new and existing customers

Strategically develop the business by expanding customer relationships and acquiring profitable new business

Negotiate contracts’ terms and conditions

Monitor market and competition

Actively work in the CRM system (Salesforce)

Cooperate closely with Sales Support Team, Pricing and Operations departments

Prepare customer-specific requirement profiles

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A high level of customer relationship building skills

Proven professional experience in air & sea freight market

Very good command of English with overall good communication skills

High customer and service awareness

Independent as well as target- and solution-oriented way of working

Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and initiative

Completed commercial training, ideally as a sales specialist or forwarding
