Salary: $64,710 - $89,675 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic CT scans on patients, providing critical data for accurate diagnosis.
Maintain optimal operational standards for imaging equipment and protocol compliance.
Assess diagnostic images for quality and clarity, ensuring each meets internal and medical standards.
Collaborate closely with medical staff to discuss procedures and outcomes and support patient management.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during CT exams, addressing any concerns or questions.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with technological and medical advancements.
Maintain detailed records of procedures and patient interactions in compliance with hospital protocols.
Support radiology department goals for patient care quality, team communication, and operational efficiency. Minimum Position Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Radiology Technology.
Valid licensure as a Radiology Technologist.
Certification in ARRT with a specialization in CT (RT(CT)).
Strong understanding of CT technology, patient positioning, and exam techniques.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekend calls. Preferred Qualifications:
