Are you ready to take your career in the insurance industry to the next level? Do you have a passion for helping clients protect what matters most to them? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Employee Benefits Producer.

Responsibilities:

Identifies and develops insurance prospects and appropriate markets

Generate leads and pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting via cold calling, drop-ins, email, LinkedIn, and networking

Responds to referrals quickly and effectively

Prequalifies insurance prospects for insurability and quality of risk

Creates and maintains client or prospect list

Designs benefits programs and recommends benefits strategies to clients

Creates benefits proposals and makes sales presentations to prospective and existing clients on new and renewal business

Develops, follows, and completes sales objectives

Maintains key relationships with existing Employee Benefits clients

Stay on top of trends, strategies and initiatives in the industry

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits in insurance experience.

State insurance license (Property & Casualty).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.

Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC).

It is REQUIRED that you have at least two years of experience producing in the field of Employee Benefits.
