What You'll Do

Establish and Lead the Enterprise Architecture Function

Develop the organization's first-ever Enterprise Architecture framework, strategy, and roadmap.

Implement and chair the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure alignment across business and technology.

Define and communicate the technology vision and lead strategic discussions with senior executives, portfolio managers, and stakeholders.

Build and manage a high-performing architecture team, including System Architects and Data Architects.

Modernize and Standardize API Architectures

Lead efforts to evaluate, modernize, and standardize API architectures to improve scalability, security, and performance.

Drive best practices in API design, including REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.

Champion AI-driven code generation to improve API development efficiency and increase team output.

Guide teams in API lifecycle management, security best practices, and microservices architectures.

Design Scalable, Future-Ready Solutions

Lead the creation of a robust architectural runway to support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Solution Trains.

Partner with Agile Teams, Product Managers, and Solution Architects to define and implement innovative, scalable solutions.

Streamline the technology portfolio by identifying opportunities to reduce complexity, redundancy, and total cost of ownership.

Drive Innovation Across the Enterprise

Champion emerging technologies, including Cloud, Big Data, AI, and Machine Learning, to future-proof the organization.

Establish and promote enterprise-wide architectural standards to ensure consistency, quality, and best practices.

Mentor and inspire Agile Teams to adopt Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) and DevOps capabilities.
