Location: Big Bend National Park / Big Bend Station, Texas

Pay: $11/hr (Overtime authorized as needed)

In this role, you'll help maintain the cleanliness of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. The best part? Key Responsibilities:

Keep Big Bend National Park pristine by performing essential custodial duties in various areas, including restrooms, floors, and common spaces.

Work to high cleanliness standards, ensuring that all areas are spotless, safe, and sanitary.

Follow safety procedures for handling chemicals and physical tasks.

Lift, carry, push, or pull items greater than 50 lbs to assist with cleaning and maintenance.

Provide excellent service and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers.

Adapt to guests' needs and ensure they have a fantastic experience during their visit.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Assist with other custodial tasks as needed by the location and client.

Qualifications:

Previous custodial experience is preferred.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items greater than 50 lbs.

Knowledge of safety procedures for working with hazardous chemicals and physical tasks.

Strong customer service skills, with a positive, friendly attitude toward guests, clients, and co-workers.

Must be able to live on-site at Big Bend National Park, embracing the unique experience of this remote location.

Must be available to stay until at least June 15th.

Housing and meals provided on-site-focus on your work and experience, we've got you covered!

Transportation is available, but bringing your personal vehicle is highly recommended due to the remote location.

Flexible work shifts, with overtime authorized as needed.
