Position Overview
Everspring is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive our go-to-market strategy and campaign testing efforts for emerging product offerings. This role will lead the development of compelling product messaging, support strategic sales enablement efforts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure market fit and growth.
This position reports to the Vice President of Growth Marketing and is located in Chicago, Illinois. Everspring operates in a hybrid workforce environment and requires 3 days in the office weekly, with additional days as business needs arise.
Responsibilities
Lead test campaign strategy and execution, focusing on rapid learning and iteration
Develop and refine product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences
Conduct and maintain competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning
Collaborate on RFP responses and proposal development
Partner with sales to develop and deliver sales enablement materials
Own product launch planning and execution, coordinating internal and external efforts
Potential travel for industry conferences and key client meetings Qualifications
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
5+ years of experience in product marketing, campaign testing, or go-to-market strategy
Experience working with marketing agencies or higher education institutions
Proven ability to translate complex services into compelling value propositions
Strong writing and editing skills with a high level of detail
Demonstrated ability to develop competitive go-to-market strategies Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product marketing for SaaS and/or service providers/agencies
Background in higher ed, agency, or consulting firms
Understanding of higher education trends and challenges
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing platforms (preferably Marketo, though Pardot or HubSpot are also acceptable), social media channels (LinkedIn, Meta, podcasts), and project management tools (such as Asana, Workfront, or CoSchedule) Skills & Attributes
