Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist SAP HR Comp & Payroll opening for our client in New Brunswick, NJ.

Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Duration: 8 months

Duties:

Serve as a Senior SAP HCM consultant (Band 7 or Band 8 level), leading and supporting the implementation of SAP HR Compensation and Payroll modules.

Lead end-to-end testing efforts and support data conversion activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of SAP HCM with other systems.

Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Time Management and other HCM modules.

Support the execution of global implementation strategies and rollout plans.

Skills:

Strong expertise in SAP HCM Core modules with hands-on experience in Compensation and Payroll.

In-depth knowledge of data conversion processes.

Solid understanding of SAP Time Management and its integration with Payroll and other modules.

Ability to lead and support full-cycle testing activities.

Working knowledge of SAP integrations and related technical touchpoints.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Experience:

8+ years of SAP HCM implementation experience, including global implementations.

Proven experience in leading SAP HCM projects, particularly in the Compensation and Payroll domains.

Hands-on involvement in at least one global SAP HCM rollout.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
