Job Description

What does your responsibilities look like:

Collaborate with site leadership to strategize and implement continuous improvement aligned with the Lean Operating System.

Spearhead targeted transformation projects in key site areas through structured problem-solving and value stream mapping.

Establish and refine visual and daily management systems for effective factory oversight.

Lead kaizen events to rapidly implement sustainable improvements on the shop floor.

Analyze and optimize transactional processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

Train and coach personnel on Lean and CI methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role typically possesses:

A Bachelor of Science degree coupled with a solid foundation of at least 10 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated expertise and a proven track record in implementing and leading Lean development principles and practices.

Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams through improvement initiatives and build Lean capabilities.

Proficiency in applying structured problem-solving methodologies and value stream mapping to drive tangible results.

Experience in developing and deploying visual and daily management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
