POSITION SUMMARY: Trains Associates on processes, sets up and monitors production tables to obtain established production/quality targets, and maintains compliance of systems, processes, and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sets-up production tables with required processes and tools
• Provides and documents training for associates on production table processes and related work instructions
• Monitors reworks to ensure that they are all performed as written
• Assures established production targets are met
• Performs quality audits
• Reviews, resolves and reports quality and process related issues to immediate Supervisor
• Reads and understands Authorized Revisions (A/Rs) and wire harness drawings
• Reviews production table data collected and verifies for accuracy
• Recommends process improvements to management
• Assists management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectives
• Supports corporate policies and departmental policies
• Supports EMS/QMS policies and procedures
• Supports health and safety policies
• Associate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions
Knowledge and application of the following systems:
• Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous Experience:
Minimum of 2 years quality inspection/rework experience
Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and ability to stand for 10-12 hours
