Territory Sales Manager - Food

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven professional to drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships within the food manufacturing sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding market presence and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Boost company revenue by forging long-term partnerships with new clients.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and trade shows.

Build and maintain robust relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and lead efforts to deliver tailored products and services.

Represent the company with integrity and enthusiasm at trade shows, industry meetings, and customer visits.

Meet or exceed sales targets within the designated timeframe and budget.

Collaborate on sales and product strategies while adhering to established procedures for product launches, modifications, and pricing.

Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide regular status reports.

Report customer needs, issues, interests, and competitive activities to leadership for strategic planning.

Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously seek improvement by challenging the status quo and embracing feedback. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.

Strong ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.

Highly motivated, target-driven, with a successful sales track record.

Professional demeanor with excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
