Comvox Co is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. The Communications Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting internal and external communications strategies, helping to enhance the company’s visibility and strengthen our brand voice. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent writing abilities, and a passion for clear and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, and press releases.

Coordinate and support communication campaigns and initiatives to promote brand awareness.

Assist in the creation and management of content for corporate materials and presentations.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Maintain and update communication calendars and track deadlines for deliverables.

Support event planning and execution for company events, meetings, and conferences.

Monitor and analyze communication metrics and prepare reports on performance.

Ensure communications are aligned with the company’s brand and strategic goals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a communications or related role preferred.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.

Strong understanding of corporate communications best practices.
