As an Order Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing order processing, ensuring that our customers receive their products in a timely and accurate manner. Your Role:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct in our order management system.
Collaborate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
Monitor order status, handle any discrepancies, and communicate with customers regarding their order progress.
Maintain accurate records of order transactions and update relevant databases.
Generate and analyze reports related to order processing and inventory management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management processes.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all order-related activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or logistics is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in order administration, fulfillment, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing order issues.
