Solutions Delivery Lead

omResource is looking for a Delivery Lead.

We need someone to assist in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

Own the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Coordinate internal teams (e.g., development, QA, operations) and third-party vendors as needed.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders during project execution.

Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope.

Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed progress reports.

Ensure proper resource allocation and forecast upcoming resource needs.

Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies to increase efficiency.

Facilitate agile ceremonies (if applicable), such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Track and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and post-implementation reviews.

Essentials:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project or delivery management roles.

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Desired:

Experience in software development, logistics, or consulting.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.

Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.

A strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution.
