Position Overview:

We’re searching for an exceptional Controller to lead the financial heartbeat of our HOA management operations in Prescott, AZ. This isn’t just about balancing the books—it’s about empowering our communities with sound financial strategy. You’ll oversee accounting and finance functions, lead our Portfolio Accountants, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Banking teams, and bring clarity and vision to the financial management of our homeowners associations.

What You’ll Do:

Master Financial Oversight: Deliver precise, reliable financial statements and provide deep insights to support our HOA leadership and Boards.

Protect and Strengthen: Design robust internal controls and manage risks to ensure the financial health of our associations.

Guide Compliance: Collaborate with external auditors and assist our HOAs with reviews, compilations, and audits seamlessly.

Fuel Strategic Growth: Partner with leadership to shape financial strategies that optimize costs, boost revenue, and streamline operations.

Build a Strong Team: Train and inspire our accounting staff, fostering expertise and efficiency across the board.

What You Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a track record as a Controller.

Strong command of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.

Analytical prowess and creative problem-solving skills.

Clear, confident communication—both written and verbal.

Uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy.
