Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate (or eligibility)

Proven high school teaching experience

Demonstrated administrative experience in a secondary school setting preferred

Strong background in curriculum development and instructional leadership

Proficiency in integrating educational technology to enhance learning and operations

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills

Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data-driven instruction and school improvement planning

A record of building positive school culture and promoting student engagement

Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards and assessment practices Responsibilities Include:

Leading the day-to-day operations of Dumont High School

Supporting and evaluating staff to drive continuous professional growth

Championing innovative programs that prepare students for college, careers, and citizenship

Collaborating with district leadership, families, and the community
