Clutch has a client looking for an SEM Manager or SEM Supervisor with media agency experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver strategic recommendations and insightful analysis directly to clients.

Manage Search programs, overseeing the team execution and performance insights.

Develop logical interpretations, and formulate effective action plans from data analysis.

Communicate with stakeholders and internal teams to define strategies, testing methodologies, and create roadmaps for presenting concepts to clients.

Contribute to growth by participating in training and mentoring.

Maintain communication with key representatives from major search engine platforms and stay up to date on trends.

Provide support on new business opportunities, contributing your expertise to proposal development and planning. Requirements

Bachelors in media, marketing, or similar required.

Previous experience overseeing a team in a media agency setting required.

Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Previous experience mentoring and supporting the development of team members.

3+ years of experience in SEM (Google, Yahoo!, Bing), with a focus on direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, ROI, ROAS)

Experience with bid management platforms (Marin, Kenshoo, DS3)

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
