Job Type : Full Time Location : Woburn, Massachusetts Pay : Great Pay! Job Description What you will be doing:

Lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering for complex institutional projects.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers and project managers.

Maintain and expand long-term client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Oversee design, construction administration, and quality assurance processes.

Contribute to business strategy, team growth, and operational efficiencies.

Champion innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies in engineering design. Experience you will need:

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

10+ years of experience in MEP/FP engineering design and leadership.

Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful projects.

Strong understanding of building codes, healthcare, and laboratory design.

Experience with Revit, BIM, and engineering software tools.
