AutoCAD Technician - FL - On Site

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced survey CAD technicians to join the team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs professional level technical work using computerized drafting and drawing systems

Prepares design drawing and specifications of survey, and mapping projects.

Creates computerized drawing files and plots.

Draws line types, arcs, curves and texts on drawings to complete intermediate level plan and profile type drawings and compiles automated drawings from field notes, sketches or other automated outputs.

ccurately replicates dimensions, angles and other precise measurements and specifications.

utomation of design specifications, drawings and diagrams related to plans, field surveying, construction inspection, field data collection and engineering computations, etc.

pplies knowledge of algebra, trigonometry, geometry and computer software in performing basic engineering and survey computations.

Platting subdivisions and everything from performing surveys for Residential Construction/Mortgage, ALTA, As-built, Boundary, Bathymetric/Hydrographic, Construction, Development, Environmental, Residential/Commercial, and Topographic Surveys Qualifications

Graduation from high school or equivalent

Understand legal descriptions terminology

ct as a team player, fulfilling your own responsibilities and supporting others as needed to help the team meet deadlines and complete tasks

1-2 years of computerized design and drafting experience; or a relevant education or training.

uto CAD 3D experience preferred.

FEMA Elevation Certificate Experience a Plus.
