Principal Rf Application Engineer

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of RF systems engineering, in particular for cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, and 5G applications with more than 10 years of experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with RF Front-End parameters such as NF, noise circles, IP2/IM2, IP3/IM3, Gain modes, S-parameters, as well as Tx path PAE, Gain, ACLR, power sweep, Rx Band Noise, harmonics, Spectrum Emission Mask, etc.

Hands-on experience with testing and characterization equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.

Experience in developing reference designs and documentation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Willingness to travel for customer visits, field testing, and industry events. Additional Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience in related fields such as RFIC design or silicon bench validation/characterization.

Experience in working in one or more startup companies.
