Position Title: Industrial Security Program Manager Are you a leader driven by excellence and a passion for security? As the Regional Program Manager, you will oversee the seamless execution of security operations for a high-profile client. This position requires a forward-thinking leader capable of managing complex security programs, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance. Industrial security experience is a must. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage day-to-day security operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. • Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. • Collaborate and support diverse team of security personnel, driving regulatory compliance and quality assurance. • Collaborate with client and suppliers to draft and maintain consistent security protocols to their specific needs and expectations. • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures. • Analyze and audit SCIF related incident data to refine operational efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement in accordance with SLAs and program requirements. • Act as the primary liaison between the client and Paragon Systems, ensuring transparency and identify opportunities to add value to the Regional Manager. Qualifications: • TS/SCI Clearance minimum - CI Poly or FSP highly preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in security management, industrial security, and/or operating in classified environment • Working knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and applicable security requirements. Awareness of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals, ICD 705 a plus. • Strong knowledge of physical security protocols, access control, risk management, and incident reporting • Extensive knowledge of Industrial security and clearance processing (preferably within the IC) • Extensive experience with cleared security operations, including access control, manned guarding, and incident reporting • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stakes situations with composure • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements for security personnel Why Paragon Systems? • Competitive compensation package, including salary, and benefits • Opportunities for professional growth in a thriving, fast-paced industry • Be part of a mission-driven company that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation About Us:
