JOB STATEMENT:
Reporting to the Director, Advisor Relations and working in a fast-paced MFDA/IIROC regulatory environment, the Advisor Support Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional “client-centric” service while building and maintaining relationships with both our internal and external partners. In this role, you will be assisting on a variety of partner issues such as account inquiries, transaction inquiries, and technological assistance, via phone and email support. You will resolve their issues in a professional manner, escalating when necessary and as the first point of contact you will act as the subject matter expert on Worldsource products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing exemplary and professional service to our clients, partners, and advisors;
Tracking, analyzing, researching and responding to client inquiries in a proactive manner while ensuring service level agreements are met;
Understanding client and advisor needsbased on theirunique service and investment requests;
Acting as a gatekeeper and applying industry rules and regulations during each client and advisor interaction;
Providing support to other business units within the organization as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct Practices Handbook (CPH), an asset
Investment or Client Services related experience, an asset
Familiarity with the Dataphile and/or FCC uniFide and Croesus systems, an asset
Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts ranging from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EDT, Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday.
Bilingual (French), an asset
