CADMATIC Detail Designer

We are looking for Ship Designers for future opportunities with Duke who have experience in HVAC, Piping, Electrical, and Outfitting design using CADMATIC who can participate in all phases of new design projects in the shipbuilding industry.

Job Responsibilities

Knowledge of marine design, including detailed knowledge of shipbuilding and production standard methodologies.

Experience with CADMATIC

Extensive knowledge of 3D CAD software required.

Working knowledge of basic MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience working with a diverse integrated team is considered an asset

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in a related subject area, Marine or Shipbuilding industry

More than two (2) years of designing experience in the shipbuilding field

Previous Shipyard experience

Must reside in the US or Canada

Must be available to be on-site in Vancouver for a minimum of 6 weeks
