How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

Your new role will see you join a small team on site, growing our client base across agricultural products such as chemicals, seeds, and fertiliser. This will include:

Developing and fostering strong relationships with a targeted portfolio of existing and new clients, under the supervision of the Store Technical Sales Agronomist.

Providing technical agronomic advice to clients while promoting product sales, in line with company and sales objectives.

Remaining informed on new developments in technology and products within the agronomy and pasture industry.

Supporting the store with general retail sales duties, including operating point of sale, merchandising products, ordering and receiving goods, and other associated retail activities.

Working closely with the Store Manager and Store Technical Sales Agronomist to balance time between agronomic activities and retail sales requirements.

Managing and documenting client communications, including monthly reporting of activities.

About You:

Agriculture-related qualifications are highly desirable.

A valid driving licence.

Knowledge of the agricultural industry and a genuine passion for farming and helping farmers succeed.

Confidence and strong sales acumen to effectively promote products and services.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to build relationships and rapport with a wide range of diverse people and customers.
