High Profile has partnered with our client to find a high-volume Sales Recruiter to work on a contract basis. This is an immediate need. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success by attracting and hiring exceptional sales professionals. You will own the full recruitment life cycle for inside sales positions, from sourcing and screening to offer initiation. Your ability to build strong candidate relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers will be crucial to your success.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering influential relationships throughout the selection process.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for inside sales applicants.
Thoroughly review resumes and conduct insightful initial candidate screenings.
Evaluate applicants' skills, soft skills, experience, and overall suitability for sales roles.
Maintain meticulous records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is current and accurate.
Document and share candidate interview scorecards with the hiring team to facilitate informed decisions.
Collaborate closely and consistently with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, discuss talent needs, refine hiring strategies, and provide timely updates on applicant status.
Proactively source qualified active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), employee referrals, and networking events.
Champion a positive and seamless candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Bachelorâ s degree preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle, high-volume Sales recruiting experience.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs, particularly within fast-paced or startup environments.
Exceptional ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
A strong grasp of sales roles and a keen understanding of the qualities that define high-performing sales professionals.
Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), various sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies.
Familiarity with behavioral interview techniques and different candidate assessment methodologies.
Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
