BILINGUAL HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Bilingual Human Resource Assistant for a manufacturing facility that is in Rome, GA. In this role, you will perform a variety of general administrative duties related to Human Resources.

Pay Rate

$18.50 per hour plus monthly bonus based on facility goals

Increase $.50 at 6 months 1 Year, 1 Years, and 2 Years

Schedule and Hours

Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Bilingual Human Resource Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll

• Assist Generalist in day-to-day operations

• Filing and storing personnel data

• Projects revolving around HR 5s

• Assisting with light recruiting efforts (putting flyers up around town, making online posts)

• Answering phones responding to emails.

Bilingual Human Resource Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

• Proficient in Excel

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Drug screen and background check required
