Warehouse and Delivery Associate - Full-Time

TruckPro is seeking a Warehouse and Delivery Associate who will be responsible for transactions relating to delivering and receiving heavy-duty truck parts to and from customers. This position also performs basic warehouse work including receiving and organizing heavy-duty truck parts, removing sold parts from stock, and processing orders for shipment, etc.

Warehouse and Delivery Associate Responsibilities:

Deliver parts to the customer and record sales/delivery information

Inquire about customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc

Collect money from customers and record transactions on customer receipt

Maintain routine maintenance on truck and keep truck clean inside and out, per company policy

Unpack received parts and stock/organize shelves, cores, supplies, and other items as necessary

Pack parts for shipping

Generate pick tickets for orders to the warehouse

Load and/or unload trucks

Successful Warehouse and Delivery Associate Candidates Will Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent

One year of delivery driver/warehouse experience

Heavy-duty truck or automotive parts knowledge/experience

Customer service mindset

Excellent communication (oral & written)

Valid driver's license with good driving record

Ability to lift up to 50+lbs

Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, etc.)

The work is active

The associate will lift, pull and move heavy duty truck parts at a minimum of 25 lbs. up to in excess of 75 lbs. up to 10% of the time

The associate will also have to do the following throughout the day: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing

While performing the primary duties of the job, the associate will be regularly exposed typical inside and outside conditions, including, but not limited to dirt, dust, vibration, minimal chemical hazards, noise and temperature variances
