Supports President and VP-level executives. Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staffs schedules. Arranges in-person and virtual meetings, maintains hard and soft-copy records which may involve proprietary information, maintains office supplies and coordinates/makes travel arrangements. Provides general administrative support such as typing, collating, filing and data entry. Some project coordinator responsibilities.
Proven experience supporting VP and/or C-Level Executives Effective verbal and written communication skills; detailed oriented; abilty to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment; customer focus and ability to handle highly confidential information. Superior organizational skills and good analytical ability. Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills. Project coordinator experience is a plus. Experience with making travel arrangements
6+ years related work experience.
Requires an HS Diploma. AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Human Resrources preferred or equivalent experience. Requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft.
