Pay: $12-$15/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Answer customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Recommend products and services that best fit customer needs.
Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate information.
Process adjustments to ensure correct financial management.
Analyze customer data to identify and recommend useful services or improvements.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Support team success by contributing to shared goals and assisting colleagues when needed.
Perform general office duties such as answering calls, data entry, and filing.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required)
Knowledge of HVAC products/services is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality service
