Get to Know Your Team: * Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women's services, cardiology, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.
Responsibilities * Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds * Utilize several trades skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling and locksmith tasks as needed * Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, clean fixture and replace lightbulbs and lamps * Maintain grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal * Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
* Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC * Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
Complete maintenance and repair records as required * Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and facility directives related to building operations and work safety * Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
* All other duties as assigned Qualifications Job Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * One year of related experience and/or training
