We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable cleaner to prepare our vacation properties between guest stays. Your thoroughness and attention to detail will ensure our properties maintain their excellent reputation and positive reviews.

Responsibilities:

Deep clean properties between guest check-outs and check-ins

Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality

Make beds with fresh linens and stock bathrooms with clean towels

Sanitize kitchen and bathroom surfaces

Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors

Dust and clean all surfaces, including furniture

Spot clean walls, doors, and light switches

Ensure all amenities are properly stocked

Report any maintenance issues or damaged items

Communicate effectively about schedule and property status

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or vacation rentals

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent attention to detail

Physical ability to perform cleaning duties

Availability on weekends and holidays (property turnovers are frequent)

Effective communication skills

Trustworthy and dependable

Schedule:

Flexible schedule with most cleanings occurring on weekends and holiday periods

Typical cleaning window between 10:00 AM (check-out) and 4:00 PM (check-in)

Must be available during peak tourist seasons
