Scheduling Coordinator

Growing Oncology clinic is now hiring Scheduling Coordinators. Locations: Puyallup and Tacoma.

After a patient's visit, they will often look to get scheduled for an additional appointment. The majority of scheduled appointments facilitated through in-person communication, but there will also be instances where they scheduling appointments through the phone as well. The coordinator will be scheduling patients for chemo therapy sessions, infusion sessions as well as office visits with their provider. The scheduler will be utilizing EPIC to complete these task.

There is typically 2-3 over scheduling coordinators on shift that can provide insight and answer general questions if needed. They will shadow the lead coordinator for a 2 week period to begin training.

Pay: $23-29/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p, ability to work a weekend day as needed

Locations: Puyallup & Tacoma, WA

Must have 2+ years of Healthacare or Administrative experience. Epic experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
