ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Sr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will identify client needs and present tailored solutions to achieve sales targets. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand customer base.

Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Conduct product/service presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and other departments, to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Monitor and stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and market activity.

Maintain accurate records of sales efforts and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Attend networking and professional associations to build relationships and generate leads.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology solutions, or professional services.

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

This role pays $70,000-90,000 base plus commission depending on experience.
