About This Role: As a Door-to-Door (D2D) Performance Specialist - Consumer Direct Sales, you will be at the helm of our direct sales efforts, spearheading initiatives to drive sales and expand our customer base.

This role requires a dynamic and motivational leader who can manage a team of D2D Sales Representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

What You'll Do: * Team Leadership: * Lead an assigned team of D2D Sales Representatives.

* Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge to assigned reps.

* Conduct regular reviews of sales performance to achieve set individual and team sales targets.

* Must conduct daily in person meetings with all assigned reps Mon-Fri.

* Must be in the field with assigned reps Mon-Fri to ensure all assigned reps are in their territories and working according to plan * Sales Strategy & Execution: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned team sales goals.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

* Ensure assigned team follows the best practices and ethical standards in all sales activities.

* Customer Engagement: * Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

* Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively from sales activities generated by assigned team.

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive brand image.

* Reporting & Analysis: * Track and report on sales performance metrics for assigned team.

* Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend issuance of corrective actions for assigned team.

* Prepare and present regular sales reports to the D2D Manager and other stakeholders for assigned team.

* Operational Management: * Coordinate with the D2D Manager to ensure efficient distribution of sales leads for assigned territories.

* Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Representatives in assigned markets.

* Assist in management of logistical aspects such as fleet vehicles, equipment, and uniforms for their assigned team.

Do You Have: * Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales.

* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in using sales tracking software and CRM systems.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Even Better: * Experience in the telecommunications industry.

* Familiarity with lead management tools like Sales Rabbit.

* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
