This role focuses on handling incoming calls related to service inquiries on Client accounts, providing timely and accurate assistance. Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming phone calls with professionalism and a high level of accuracy.

Assist clients with inquiries related to:

Client Cash Management products and services

Client Online platform and Mobile app

General account or financial-related issues

Meet and exceed key department performance metrics consistently.

Deliver World-Class Service by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a busy financial service center environment.

Contribute positively to a collaborative and team-focused workplace.

Required Qualifications
