Line Cook

Norwich Grocery is opening in Hilliard and we're looking for line cooks to join our team. We are located on 5354 Center Street (Inside the Crooked Can Brewery). Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. This is a deli-style concept that has counter service. We are looking for someone who has kitchen knowledge as well as an outgoing personality and can speak to a few guests while they eat at the counter.

We offer flexible scheduling, vacation pay, overtime, employee discounts, shift meals & employer-provided uniforms.

Responsibilities

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Stock inventory

Qualifications

Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred

Able to meet all scheduling commitments

Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs

Strong attention to detail
