Telecom Technician (Ericsson Certified)
We are seeking a Telecommunication’s Technician specializing in Ericsson products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecom systems, with additional experience in two-way radio systems being a plus.
LOCATION: Garland, TX 75041 and DFW Sites
POSITION: Contract
SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Ericsson telecom equipment and systems.
Perform routine inspections, upgrades, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom networks, including hardware and software.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement telecom solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide on-site and remote support for telecom systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Stay updated on the latest Ericsson product developments, updates, and certifications.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of two-way radio systems when required.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Ericsson Certification (required).
Proven experience working with Ericsson telecom equipment and systems.
Knowledge of two-way radio systems (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of telecom infrastructure, protocols, and standards.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Education:
Associate degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant technical certifications in addition to Ericsson Certification (preferred).
