Position Overview:

Location: Carthage, MS

Grade Level: Elementary

Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and support tostudents with diverse learning needs

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student goals

Collaborate with general education teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment

Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed

Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Support students social, emotional, and behavioral growth

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

Valid Mississippi Special Education teaching license

Experience working withstudents preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
