Job Details

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Secure bridge and structural projects with ODOT, City, and County agencies.

+ Manage and oversee teams, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality control.

+ Prepare scope, fee proposals, and financial reports for bridge and transportation projects.

+ Coordinate design teams, subconsultants, and multidisciplinary efforts.

+ Mentor junior engineers while maintaining professionalism with clients and partners.

+ Participate in client meetings, industry presentations, and proposal development.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) and active Ohio PE license.

+ 10 or more years of experience in bridge design, preservation, foundation design, and project management.

+ Familiarity with ODOT guidelines, NBIS Certification preferred, and experience in structural evaluations and load analysis.

+ Strong skills in construction phase services, communication, and organization.
