Job Summary:
The AGM Assistant General Manager supervises our restaurants' operations and financial objectives. This involves increasing sales and profitability, implementing cost controls, managing inventory, creating systems, and ensuring financial accountability. Key focus areas include enhancing team performance for guest service and hospitality, food preparation, and sales. Additionally, the manager oversees the hiring, training, and retention of employees, following company guidelines and policies.
