Job Description

Oversee and manage the entire construction process for ground-up multifamily projects, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure effective project execution.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Address and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with ground-up multifamily construction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proven track record of managing complex projects. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
