Construction Project Manager

• Responsibilities • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met • Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance • Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials • Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts • Keep key stakeholders informed of the project’s status by producing frequent progress reports
