Tuition reimbursement A Day in the Life:
Collaborates with Sparq and client management, and provides internal feedback regarding the performance of individual colleagues and the development team as a whole
Manages Sparq engagement management colleagues as assigned; responsible for direct report(s)' annual reviews, performance feedback, and professional development guidance
Provides an engaging and consultative approach to client delivery and project outcomes
Leads Scrum ceremonies and oversees small to medium-scale client project teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective); assists on large-scale client engagements as assigned
Coordinates and leads the development of project plans, analysis, design, and implementation with minimal oversight; capable of managing multiple projects and/or client engagements simultaneously
Supports cross-functional program execution and product roadmap delivery in collaboration with engineering, architectural, and operational teams
Oversees the complete qualification process for equipment or technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with technical, safety, and business requirements
Facilitates cross-team collaboration, including architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical stakeholders, to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Drives adherence to project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
Possesses knowledge of and supports compliance with relevant building codes and regulations (e.g., Life Safety, IBC, NFPA, NEC, OSHA) where applicable
Provides coaching and guidance to project teams regarding tasks, timelines, and expectations; ensures clarity and support for successful delivery
Serves as an escalation point for project and colleague success, ensuring teams have appropriate resources and support
Communicates effectively with Sparq partners, development teams, and clients on project needs, risks, and updates; exercises sound judgment in all professional interactions
Resolves colleague and client issues with professionalism; provides timely status updates and raises risks early
Administers financial aspects of projects including invoice management and project control documentation
Communicates with Client Executives and Delivery Executives for SOW changes and with the Colleague Quality Executive for performance/HR issues
Participates in interview processes for engagement management roles and provides feedback on candidate qualifications
Performs other related duties as assigned What it takes:
Experience in analytical, quantitative work and presenting to varied stakeholders
Experience in technical project, product, or program management
Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies across the full project lifecycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft SharePoint; experience with Tableau, Kanban boards, SQL, or systems integration is a plus
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction drawings, and data center infrastructure is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment specifications
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate colleagues
Consultative mindset with strong client-facing communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex programs and facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
Flexibility to adapt in a high-growth organization
