Data Entry Clerk

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for accounts Health Care jobs. This is a temp to hire opportunity in El SEGUNDO, CA.

Responsibilities for a Data Entry Clerk include but are not limited to:

Provide general administrative and operations support for Network Contract Operations and Contracting.

Assist in the daily loading of contract documents into Salesforce systems and special projects using departmental tools (Smartsheet and/or Salesforce).

Research and resolve request structure issues.

Collect and prepare required materials such as contract document pages and communications.

Ensure accurate and complete work without established procedures.

Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

2+ years of relevant work experience in a Managed Care environment (IPA, Physician Office, Hospital Administrative, or other Health Care related industry). Provider Relations or Claims experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams and Outlook).

Ability to download documents from a Shared Drive and upload them into a target system. What's in this for you?

Pay starting at:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm $20.00 per hour

Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm).

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
