Hardware Lead

Hardware Lead Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, Manage, and accountability for all personnel in the department.

• Maintain accurate records of all hardware inventory

• Complete cycle counts and investigations of inventory overages and deficits.

• Costing of materials to projects, and adjusting work orders for product returns.

• Monitor rotation and transfer of stock as needed, while evaluating inventory levels,

adjusting min/max levels, safety stock, and lead times to ensure sufficient inventory

to meet project demands.

• Receive inventory into the system; communicate all significant inventory information

to the Inventory Manager and Purchasing Manager.

• Utilize system reports and knowledge of department activities to maintain accurate

inventory records.

• Contributes to the orderly operation of the stock and/or materials storage area.

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in

stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.

Work Hours & Benefits

• 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, plus potential overtime
