About the Role
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our growing Finance team and lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and decision making across our global business. This will be a high-impact role with executive visibility, directly shaping financial insights and driving growth of the Audiomack platform across both creator and listener sides. In this role you'll partner closely with senior leaders across the organization and will report directly to the VP, Head of Finance and Strategy.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure financial health and operational alignment.
Deliver insights on company performance and business priorities for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
Lead corporate FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting.
Build financial models and scenario planning tools to support strategic initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders including international teams (e.g. Nigeria) to align on performance, forecasts, and investments.
Develop and manage KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to track operational and financial performance.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial processes.
Collaborate on high-impact projects with the Head of Finance & Strategy, CEO, and broader Audiomack leadership team.
Support operational finance functions such as cost analysis, departmental management metrics, and reporting efficiency.
Present complex financial data clearly and concisely to executive audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, corporate strategy, management consulting; experience in music, media, or tech is preferred.
Proven track record of owning financial planning processes and supporting senior executives with actionable insights.
Excellent financial modeling and forecasting skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships at all levels.
Extreme attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, is a plus.
Working knowledge of the music, media or entertainment industry is preferred.
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

The salary range for this role is $130,000-155,00, plus bonus opportunity. Actual compensation packages
within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not
limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
