What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, to foster collaboration and trust.

Anticipate challenges, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

Manage project timelines, and details with precision, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and clear communication.

Utilize Excel and strong math skills to manage project data accurately. What We're Looking For:

A critical thinker with a proactive, sales-oriented approach.

Highly organized and responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills to navigate professional conversations and grow networks.

Experience in construction, masonry, project engineering, project management, or related fields is a plus, but we're open to candidates with varied experience (e.g., engineering degree, PM experience, or hands-on industry knowledge).

Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for math are required.
