The Infrastructure Project Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for driving End User Services Programs and governance. The overall objective is to coordinate, manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership, to achieve project objectives and align them with the company’s goals
Develop and manage the program roadmap
Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify and manage dependencies between projects within the program
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and make informed decisions.
Implement and manage program governance standards and process
Identify, assess, and manage program risks, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
Ensure proactive problem resolution and escalate issues as appropriate to minimize impact on program success.
Make recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Responsible for delivery of end results and resource planning; shares responsibility for budget management which directly impacts the Technology Infrastructure area
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, evaluate controls to help mitigate negative outcomes through prevention, detection and correction
Persuades and influences others through communication skills; may negotiate with external parties
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Ability to manage teams.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in in a Technology Infrastructure role
Project Management experience
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
