Job Description

The Construction Project Manager - Ground Up Life Science Projects - MA will be responsible for:

Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning through to completion.

Oversee day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of team activities.

Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and manage expectations.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Manage project risk and resolve issues as they arise.

Ensure all safety standards and regulations are adhered to on-site.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate has:

5+ years of experience in construction project management.

Proven experience in managing projects in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, or Commercial construction.

Strong understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and risk management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). What's on Offer
